Vinay Mittal has been separated for a long time, but not divorced from her husband.
After four years of marriage the problems started and now he is married to another woman, with whom he also has a child.
However, in order to escape legal action, he registered his second marriage under his brother's name and is not living in the same house with his second wife.
Vinay Devi stays in a rented house with her two children and gets Rs. 1,000/- per month from her husband as maintenance.
She says she does not have the energy to fight against this complex situation and is in no position to get any kind of proof to file a case against her husband. But she is proud that she at least had the strength to fight against the divorce he wanted to get.
